The global Covid-19 pandemic and its disproportional impact on Black Americans and the anti-racist uprisings happening all over the world inspired us to create a space for those who may feel alone in the workplace. This is a growing community that provides connection, belonging and some psycho-social support. We do this through speaker series, discussions, sharing of best practices and other learning models that supports personal growth and professional courage.
