Why Work With Milka?

Milka has worked with leadership teams of global companies as a management consultant and leadership coach, designing and developing interventions to implement strategic initiatives across global organizations.  Milka’s years of consulting to senior leadership teams have taught her that women, must begin to do POWER differently if they want to step into, stay in and grow in their leadership roles.  She designs and facilitates learning interventions that create opportunities to course correct for busy professionals who often have the competence but may be lacking in the courage, confidence and collaboration pieces of the leadership puzzle.

She believes we must find our Inner Heroine by creating the spaces to explore our beliefs around Power, Courage, Confidence and Collaboration.  Only in following this development path as early as possible in our leadership journey, will we create an authentic leadership identity based on self-belief and self-efficacy.

Milka received her B.A. from Columbia University and her MBA in General Management from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College. Her strategic leadership consulting experience spans 10 years at firms like Oliver Wyman, KPMG and Linkage Inc.
